And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free ~ The Bible
The power of Truth
Fundamental among the human species is the desire and hunger for Truth and Freedom. And the two could never be separated from each other, we will use the acrostic TRUTH to examine the constituent parts.

Proven to work all the time; dependable and able to prevail always.  Would you want to live your life per chance?  Or would it rather be based on the tried, tested and true?

Facts are like shifting sands in the ocean. Truth is like a a big rock, immovable – the anchor of all things.

The firm foundation upon which our existence is based on.

The opposite of wrong;  the trajectory that takes you in the direction you desire. It encompasses the epicentre of how you create your world and reality.  Right thinking,  right feeling,  right living!

Right encompasses, fair, just, considerate; a sense of responsibility and respect towards others.
For to be free is not merely to cast off one’s chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others. ~ Nelson Mandela

Pure, not corrupted or polluted – clean.  Though this sounds Utopian, It is at the very core of our existence, and is so liberating. Purity of thought, intent and motivation could never be more restful and liberating. Living a life with half truths and lies could never bring peace and freedom at heart.

Trustworthy &

Trust is about credibility. Believable. Reliable. What is the source of your truth? What certainty and confidence comes with it? Who is the source of your truth?  People,  nature, life…. and why do you trust it to be true.

Indeed never an easy set of questions!

The opposite being dishonest, a virtue indispensable in our frame. As is often said ‘Honesty is the best policy!’ Honesty is the art and courage to articulate or speak the truth – difficult as it sometimes maybe. It remains and is an integral part of our quest and desire for authentic freedom right to our very core.

Is honesty a core value at heart?
Is Honesty the best policy for you?

Indeed, know the Truth and the Truth shall set you free.
