The embers of Gratitude
Reflections of appreciation
Nothing can compare
The fairy of this fuzzy feel
You feel giddy and for real
The ‘feel good’ factor inspired
All mushy and mellow within
Like David in the Book of Psalm
It’s humbling all the more
So grateful in overflow
The child of miracles
His Goodness so overwhelming
